Mindfulness (mindfulness, mindfulness) is a technique and the ability to be fully present, conscious. It is a sensual, direct experience of what is happening at a given moment. With curiosity, but without judging and valuing. Its watching and noticing whats happening in me and around. Such a state triggers automatic, unfavorable reaction patterns and a feeling of overwhelm what is happening around.
