Puly Caff Cleaning Powder


For your busy cafe or coffee shop, you need a quality cleaning powder. For commercial users the suggested backflush period is once every week. Half a teaspoon of powder should be used in the backflush plate after it has been inserted into the group handle. Insert the handle into the group as if making coffee and run the group for 10 seconds. Remove the handle and run the group to rinse the remaining foam out of the blankplate. Backflush as normal at least six times, repeating the normal routine of inserting the group handle, running the group for 10 seconds, removing the handle and tipping out any water in it.
